Approved individuals or groups may qualify for exclusive development rights within a defined territory, subject to availability, a written agreement, and ongoing performance requirements.
What exclusivity means
- Defined contractual development rights within a defined territory.
- Boundaries, scope, exceptions, duration, and renewal terms are defined in the agreement.
- Group territory arrangements require specific written approval.
What it doesn’t mean
- It isn’t ownership of land, company equity, or Local Perks Passport.
- Applying doesn’t reserve or award an area.
Keeping exclusivity
- Maintaining exclusivity requires meeting agreed KPIs and contractual requirements.
- KPIs may address partner activation, completed profiles, active perks, retention, and regional growth. Exact targets and review periods are provided in the agreement.
- Not meeting requirements may result in changes to or loss of exclusivity under the agreement.

Can I start part-time?
Yes. You can begin alongside your current work, provided you can meet the commitments and performance expectations agreed for your role. Future earnings or a transition to full-time income are not guaranteed.
Can I apply with friends or colleagues?
Yes. We welcome group applications. Tell us who is interested, your preferred area, and how your skills complement one another. Group structure, individual approval, compensation, and territory terms are reviewed before any arrangement begins.
Is there a startup fee?
There is no fee to apply or join. Ordinary business expenses, such as transportation, phone, internet, or optional marketing you choose to undertake, may still apply.
Is this an employee position?
This is intended as an independent contractor opportunity, subject to applicable law and the actual working relationship. The written agreement will outline the terms.
How does compensation work?
Compensation is performance-based and uncapped under the compensation plan. Details, eligibility requirements, and payment terms are provided during the application process and in the written agreement before you commit.
What does “uncapped” or “unlimited” earning potential mean?
There is no maximum earnings ceiling under the compensation plan. It does not mean income is guaranteed or that every activity qualifies for compensation.

What happens if KPIs are not met?
The agreement defines performance requirements, review procedures, and any consequences, including potential changes to or loss of exclusivity.
Do I need sales experience?
Relevant experience can help, but we also welcome applicants with strong communication skills, initiative, local connections, and a willingness to learn.
What support is provided?
Support includes onboarding, platform education, training, and ongoing guidance. Specific resources and arrangements are explained during the application process.
Can I apply if my area is already assigned?
Yes. You can express interest in your preferred area or nearby markets. Availability and alternative arrangements are reviewed individually.
