Each destination has its own Passport. Locals and visitors use it to discover participating restaurants, attractions, shops and experiences in that destination, and to redeem the perks those businesses choose to offer. Businesses list for free and pick their own perk.

There's no confirmed launch date for Sarasota yet, and we won't guess at one here. Passports for Sarasota aren't on sale yet.

Submit ahead of launch so there's time to review your listing and perk, make any requested changes, finish your profile and get your staff ready. Joining early doesn't guarantee approval, launch-day inclusion, priority placement or a particular review timeline.

Yes. Every business starts on the free Passport Partner plan. There's no monthly fee, no credit card is collected, and it isn't a trial - it doesn't expire.

Your business listing and business portal, your passport perk (reviewed before it goes live), redemption processing with your full redemption history, and taking part in the destination badges Passport holders collect. Analytics, digital punch-card rewards, featured placement and promotional campaigns aren't part of the free plan.

No. You can take part through the free plan without choosing a paid plan. Optional paid plans (Partner Plus and Partner Pro) add analytics, digital punch-card rewards, a custom badge and promotional tools.

One with genuine value that fits your business: easy to understand, easy for your team to honor, and worth a visit. A perk can be a percentage or dollar amount off, buy-one-get-one, something free with a purchase, or another special offer. You write the terms and choose how many times each Passport can use it.

No. Our team reviews every business and every perk before approval, and not all qualify. If a perk needs changes, you'll get an email with feedback and can revise it and submit it again.

Registering creates your account and your listing, and submits your business for review - it isn't public yet. In your business portal, finish your profile and add your perk; each perk is submitted for review when you add it. You're emailed when your business is approved and when each perk is decided. Approval doesn't publish your listing - our team publishes it as a separate step.

Yes. You can update your profile in your business portal at any time. Changes to an approved perk are reviewed first, and the current version stays up until the change is approved. You can also pause an approved perk and turn it back on.

Before it's published, only you, any staff you add, and our team. Once it's published, it's public on your destination's pages - anyone can view it, not only Passport holders. The owner contact details you give us stay private.

Once your listing is published, your perk is approved and live, and the holder has an active Passport for Sarasota. Passports for Sarasota aren't on sale yet.

In person. A Passport holder opens your listing on their phone and taps to redeem your perk, and a member of your staff confirms it by entering your business's private redemption code on their device. Staff can also record a redemption in your business portal using the holder's Passport number. The number of uses per Passport you set is enforced. Your code is in your portal once your listing is published.

There's no automatic launch notice for businesses yet, so we won't promise one here. This page changes from "Launching soon" when Passports go on sale in your destination, and you can contact us with questions at any time.
